Due to the obstacle concerning equipment, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) needs to request for cooperation from other organizations to support tow trucks and other equipment. For more convenience of the operation, initially the BMA determined to collect damaged and abandoned vehicles on Wednesdays and Fridays, in the afternoon. Thus, all related organizations can conveniently manage their times for the use of tow trucks and related equipment.
Moreover, City Law Enforcement Department was assigned to make timetable for the collection of damaged and abandoned vehicles, circulating in all district zones in each week. The City Law Enforcement Department must also provide operation guidelines for the district offices to use as a manual and to work accordingly so that the operation will be in the same direction.
