Governor of Bangkok accepts UV Sterilizer Cabinet and COVID-19 relief supply kits

On 17 April 2020, at 13.30 p.m., Pol. Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, accepted 100 relief supply kits from representative of Drainage and Sewerage Department who donate money to buy the relief supply kits consist of rice, dry food, drinking water and other daily necessary items aiming to be distributed to COVID-19 affected communities around Bangkok.

Governor of Bangkok was thankful to all agencies who donated supplies, equipment, and tools for people and BMA’s staff for their work against the COVID-19 outbreak. All these will help ensuring safety of the BMA’s personnel and relieve the burden of Bangkok’s citizens.  The Governor of Bangkok also invites all benevolent sectors and any interested people to donate rice, dry food, fish sauce, vegetable oils, laundry detergent, toothpaste, toothbrush and other daily necessary items.  The BMA will distribute all donated items to 2,066 communities in Bangkok that were affected by the spread of COVID-19.
