BMA organized volunteer spirit activities to develop and solve people’s problems

On 24th July, Pol.Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, presided over the opening ceremony of volunteer spirit activities for development on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s birthday anniversary 28th July 2020. The executives of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration together with volunteers participated in the following volunteer spirit activities: distribution of portable low-pressure water mist fire extinguishers (15 Lbs) to the abbot of Wat Suthat Thepwararam Temple for fire prevention in the temple; distribution of fabric face masks and alcohol-based hand sanitizers to students of Wat Suthat School as part of the campaign to prevent and control the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19); cleaning roads and pavements along Siriphong Road and Unakan Road; and planting of Yellow Star trees which is  the tree of the reign of His Majesty King Rama X at Rommaninat Public Park.
