BMA hands out relief supply kits to Din Daeng’s ghetto

On 30th April 2020, Pol.Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, visited the communities behind Surasakmontree School, Din Daeng District and distributed relief supply kits to people suffered from the spread of the COVID-19 covering 362 households in total. They are considered as poor communities that were not registered with the district office and have never received any assistance.

For the distribution, the BMA has set up preventive measures against the spread of the COVID-19 to ensure recipients safety by strictly keeping physical distancing and urges everyone to wear face masks to protect themselves. The BMA also provides alcohol-based hand sanitizers for the recipients, related officers and BMA executives who enter community area.
