BMA handouts school milk to students of BMA’s school, starting May 18, 2020

Pol.Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, said that the BMA has prepared to provide school milk for students of BMA’s affiliated schools, covering the level of pre-school 1 to elementary 6 with a total of 242,012 students, during the end of semester.

In this regard, the BMA made a purchase contract with milk suppliers from May 13th to May 15th, 2020. The milk distribution began on May 18th, 2020, and the milk will be sent to schools from May 18th to June 30th, 2020. Each school will distribute milk with a method that is suitable for its area, for example,  school send a class teacher to visit and deliver milk at student residences or school make plans for parents to pick up milk from the school, in complying with social distancing measures.
